物流管理聚焦现代物流与供应链管理、电子商务与智慧商贸等特研究方向，培养具有创新精神、国际视野，具有扎实的现代化物流管理理论知识和方法，熟悉社会物流和企业物流系统的基本运作，能进行物流战略规划、物流业务模式和物流信息系统分析和设计，能在制造加工企业、商业企业、物流企业、政府机构等从事物流运作的全过程规划及管理工作的国际型、工程型、商业型的物流人才。

Logistics Management major focuses on modern logistics and supply chain management, e-commerce and smart commerce and other characteristic research directions. It cultivates  international, engineering, and commercial logistics talents with innovative spirit, international vision, and solid modern logistics management theoretical knowledge and methods, familiar with the basic operations of social logistics and enterprise logistics systems, able to conduct logistics strategic planning, logistics business model and logistics information system analysis and design, and be able to plan and manage the whole process of logistics operation in manufacturing and processing enterprises, commercial enterprises, logistics enterprises, government agencies, etc..

物流是支撑国民经济社会发展的基础、战略产业。物流产业在商品流通领域发挥着重要作用，—个国家物流产业规模的大小，不仅是经济发展规模的直接结果，也是经济发展水平、市场化程度的重要体现。各种业化物流企业的大量涌现及其表现出来的快速发展趋势表明，业化物流服务作为一个新的业化分工领域，已经发展成为一个新兴产业部门和国民经济的一个重要组成都分。

Logistics is a basic and strategic industry that supports the development of a country's economy and society. The logistics industry plays an important role in the field of commodity circulation. The size of a country's logistics industry is not only a direct result of the scale of economic development, but also an important manifestation of the level of economic development and the degree of marketization. The emergence of various specialized logistics companies and their rapid development trends show that, as a new specialized division of labor, specialized logistics services have developed into a new industry sector and an important component of a country's economy.

本业拥有一支以中青年教师为主体、科研教学融的师资队伍，其中教授4人，教授6人，92.3%的教师中具有博士学位，全部教师具有海外留学或访学经历。2018年，物流管理系因优秀的师资与教学业绩被评为浙江工商大学五星级基层教学组织。

This major has a faculty with young and middle-aged teachers as the main body and integrated scientific research and teaching, including 4 professors and 6 associate professors. 92.3% of the teachers have doctoral degrees, and all teachers have overseas study or visit experience. In 2018, the Department of Logistics Management was rated as a five-star teaching organization in Zhejiang Gongshang University due to its excellent teachers and teaching performance.

优秀的学术科研是教学的基础，在学术科研方面，老师的研究方向也全面围绕物流供应链进行开展，我们业的老师承担国家自然科学基金、国家社会科学基金项目、教育部人文社科项目以及省部级项目30余项；

Excellent academic research is the basis of teaching. In terms of academic research, the teacher’s research direction is also carried out around the logistics supply chain. Our professional teachers undertake the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the National Social Science Foundation of China, the Ministry of Education’s humanities and social sciences projects and more than 30 provincial and ministerial projects;

在EJOR、OMEGA、IJPE、《系统工程理论与实践》等知名期刊上发表高水平学术论文40多篇，承担企业委托科研项目30余项。2016—2019年获得包括国家自然科学基金、国家社会科学基金、教育部人文社科项目、浙江省自然科学基金、浙江省重点软科学项目、浙江省公益项目、浙江省社科基金等多项重要课题。

The teachers have published more than 40 high-level academic papers in well-known journals such as EJOR, OMEGA, IJPE, System Engineering Theory and Practice, and undertook more than 30 research projects commissioned by enterprises. From 2016 to 2019, many important projects including the National Natural Science Foundation, the National Social Science Foundation, the Humanities and Social Sciences Project of the Ministry of Education, the Zhejiang Natural Science Foundation, the Zhejiang Key Soft Science Project, the Zhejiang Public Welfare Project, and the Zhejiang Social Science Fund.
